The World Football Players’ Association (WFPA) is a global organization dedicated to transforming the football industry by putting players at the center of the game. Unlike traditional football structures that prioritize clubs, leagues, and governing bodies, WFPA exists solely to serve, support, and empower footballers worldwide.

WFPA is building a new ecosystem—for players, by players—where athletes stories are told, where they can earn, compete, and go pro on their own terms. Through player-led championships, income opportunities for unattached professionals, and direct pathways for undiscovered talent, the WFPA is removing the barriers of club dependency and institutional gatekeeping.

By amplifying real stories, rewarding talent, and enabling agents and supporters to invest directly in players, WFPA is creating a future where footballers have full control over their careers and identities. This is player support reimagined— advancing careers of pros globally.
